You have borrowed money, which you promised to return on a piece of paper that was next to you – yes, toilet paper. Will it be possible to present such a private receipt in court as evidence?
First, let’s figure out what a receipt is?
This is a handwritten document that establishes the relationship of 2 or more people in a particular field. As a rule, it turns out to be proof of a loan of money, financial resources, transfer of documents for temporary use, etc.
